Do you want to become a Lecturer, but do not have Didactic Competence yet? No problem! Within HVHL there are enough opportunities to transfer your knowledge from your real-world experience to our students.
What do we consider important?
Willingness to obtain your Basic Qualification Didactic Competency and Basic Examination Qualification, this can be done via HVHL's MyAcademy.
Relevant and current knowledge of the professional field.
At least a completed relevant Bachelor's degree.
Understanding students' perceptions.
Enthusiasm en perseverance.
6 reasons to become a lecturer at HVHL
The contact with our students. Students who choose HVHL make a conscious choice and are motivated.
Lots of variety and dynamics. Besides teaching, you have a choice of different projects or side tasks. For example, you can supervise students during their internship, you can do research or develop curriculum.
Collaborate with committed and enthusiastic colleagues. You do not have to do it alone, there is a great induction program for you and you get a buddy who helps you on your first period.
Lots of room to develop. MyAcademy offers various training and courses for employees. For example, you get time to get the basic didactic skills qualification.
You have a lot of freedom. One day you are lecturing or supervising a group of students on location. Another day you are at home preparing lessons or grading tests.
