Salary
Your monthly salary is based on the job description and in accordance with cao-hbo. Every year you will receive 8% of the gross annual salary as holiday allowance in May.
MyAcademy
HVHL's academy for employees in which, in addition to many other trainings and courses, you have the opportunity as a lecturer to obtain your Basic Qualification in Didactic Competence and Basic Qualification in Examination.
Vacation days
You will have 53 vacation days with full-time employment.

Travel expenses
You'll receive reimbursement of travel expenses, even if you walk to work.
Year-end bonus
In December you will receive a regular year- end bonus of 8.3% of your gross annual salary.
Sustainable Employability (SE) hours
HVHL values the fact that employees are continuously engaged in sustainable employability and for this purpose each employee receives 45 sustainable employability hours on an annual basis (for full-time employment, otherwise on a pro-rata basis).

Hybrid working
